Multi-Store Manager – Miniso

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple Miniso stores in Kuwait. This role requires a leader who can drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support multiple store branches across Kuwait.
• Set and monitor sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for each store.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store displays align with brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze store performance reports and implement action plans for improvement.
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, and product replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, health, and safety standards.
