MEP Purchasing & Store Officer – ALSHAYA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily MEP purchasing activities and follow up on purchase orders.
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for MEP materials.
- Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Receive, store, and issue MEP materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving or critical items.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in MEP purchasing and store operations within a construction or contracting company.
- Good knowledge of MEP materials (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, etc.).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
