MEP Purchasing & Store Officer – ALSHAYA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily MEP purchasing activities and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for MEP materials.
  • Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Receive, store, and issue MEP materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving or critical items.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in MEP purchasing and store operations within a construction or contracting company.
  • Good knowledge of MEP materials (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, etc.).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
