Member Relations – GYM

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Gym Member Relations professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and sales skills, along with a passion for promoting fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to gym members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Actively engage with current and prospective members to promote gym memberships, products, and services.
• Assist in managing membership renewals, cancellations, and overall membership experience.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with all gym members and guests.
• Coordinate and support gym events, promotions, and activities to engage the local community.
• Promote and sell gym memberships, explaining the benefits and services to potential members.
• Help with administrative tasks such as updating membership records and processing payments.
