Mechanical Engineer – DX Villa & Residential Projects
Design & Planning
- Prepare HVAC designs, load calculations, ducting, and piping layouts for DX and split unit systems.
- Select appropriate equipment (split units, package units, VRF/VRV) based on project specifications.
- Review drawings and coordinate with consultants, architects, and MEP teams.
✅ Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of DX systems for villas and residential buildings.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
✅ Technical Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare BOQ, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and KFD/Kuwait Municipality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
✅ Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Participate in project meetings and handle correspondence related to HVAC scope.
- Work closely with procurement and project planning teams.
✅ Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Perform system balancing, testing, and commissioning of DX units.
- Ensure proper installation of refrigerant lines, drainage, insulation, and control wiring.
- Prepare handover documentation and provide technical support post-installation.
