Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow the app’s customer base and strengthen its market position. This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to execute campaigns that resonate with diverse user segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, partnerships, offline activations) cordinating with the marketing team.
  • Manage paid advertising coordinating with agency (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to optimize acquisition and retention.
  • Brand & Communications
  • Build a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Develop compelling content and oversee community engagement to drive awareness.
  • Growth & Analytics
  • Monitor KPIs (CAC, retention, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Experiment with growth tactics, A/B testing, and user funnel optimization.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
