Marketing Executive – Glitter Store
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of market trends. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives. The role will also involve direct engagement with customers on social media platforms, specifically Instagram, to foster community and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, ensuring timely and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute sponsored campaigns on various platforms, optimizing for reach and engagement.
- Manage the Instagram page by regularly updating content with high-quality images and videos that reflect the brand’s identity.
- Engage with influencers and celebrities for advertising collaborations, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
- Coordinate with website developers to ensure the website aligns with marketing strategies and user experience goals.
- Organize and oversee photoshoots, working closely with photographers to create compelling visual content.
- Research and connect with trade shows and booths for participation, ensuring the brand is represented effectively at industry events.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior management.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and online advertising strategies.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
