Manager Stores – National Contracting Co Ltd
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager for our stores located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The Manager will lead a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive work environment while implementing effective strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare reports on store performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and employee productivity.
- Drive a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have working experience in EPC company is mandatory (Substation, Overhead Transmission Line & Under Ground Cable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience with inventory management systems and retail analytics tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
