Manager – Oil & Gas – Rezayat Group

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the sales operations in the oil and gas sector by identifying business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a strategic role in expanding the company’s footprint in oil and gas market in Kuwait.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead proposal development, bidding, and contract negotiation processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including engineering, operations, and finance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
