Legal consultant – Tamdeen Group
- Work on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the legal requirements.
- Provide legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the company exposure.
- Formulate, provide, advise and/or review all contracts agreements between the company and third parties to ensure that the company’s interest is protected and the best commercial position maintained.
- Ensure the company’s interests are fully protected and redress of grievance obtained.
- Advise on legal, governance, regulatory and compliance to ensure that the company is in compliance with the laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and render legal opinion in a business context for the company.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and develop the company business contracts and agreements including lease, investment and services contracts.
- Assist in all matters related to the company dispute and litigation.
- Contribute with legal input in the company projects and arrangement.
- Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the other departments in any matter related to the Company’s business.
