Juice & Beverages Sales Manager – Refreshment Trading Co.
The Juice & Beverages Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies to drive
volume, visibility, and profitability across Kuwait’s retail, HORECA, and wholesale
channels. This role demands a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, key
accounts, and consumer preferences in fresh and packaged beverage categories.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales plans for juice products to meet monthly, quarterly,
and annual revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customers' needs to identify new opportunities and
niche channels
Account Management
Manage relationships with key accounts: Co-ops, supermarkets, schools, (e.g.,
Lulu, Carrefour), cafés, restaurants, and hotels.
Negotiate pricing, listing fees, and promotional budgets with clients and
distributors.
Distribution Oversight
Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure product availability
and freshness across outlets.
Optimize van sales and direct store delivery (DSD) models.
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate a sales team, including sales reps, merchandisers, and
promoters.
Set KPIs and monitor performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to management with actionable insights.
