Juice & Beverages Sales Manager – Refreshment Trading Co.

The Juice & Beverages Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies to drive

volume, visibility, and profitability across Kuwait’s retail, HORECA, and wholesale

channels. This role demands a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, key

accounts, and consumer preferences in fresh and packaged beverage categories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

 Develop and implement sales plans for juice products to meet monthly, quarterly,

and annual revenue targets.

 Analyze market trends and customers' needs to identify new opportunities and

niche channels

Account Management

 Manage relationships with key accounts: Co-ops, supermarkets, schools, (e.g.,

Lulu, Carrefour), cafés, restaurants, and hotels.

 Negotiate pricing, listing fees, and promotional budgets with clients and

distributors.

Distribution Oversight

 Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure product availability

and freshness across outlets.

 Optimize van sales and direct store delivery (DSD) models.

Team Leadership

 Lead and motivate a sales team, including sales reps, merchandisers, and

promoters.

 Set KPIs and monitor performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

 Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.

 Provide regular reports and forecasts to management with actionable insights.
