IT Technician – Gissah Perfumes
We are Looking for a:
- 1st & 2nd level technical support—on-site and remotely—for end-user devices (PCs, printers, POS, biometric systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and deploy computers, operating systems, and standard applications.
- Follow ITIL-aligned processes.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems
- Assist in IT setup for new factory locations (network, internet, cameras, POS, etc.).
- Log, track, and resolve incidents per agreed SLAs and maintain basic documentation
