Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Application Specialist to be based in Kuwait.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible to deliver pre-sales and marketing support, customer training, and setting up applications for the Company’s products.
• Provide application-related services.
• Provide software, technical, and application support to clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct on-site method development and provide customised application training for new instrument sales.
• Develop new training programs related to the introduction of new products or applications.
• Provide feedback on product development.
• Assist in developing technical and application notes for clients and sales support.
• Support in development by researching competitive instruments and developing competitive strategies.
