Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned bi-lingual Techno-functional Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, particularly within the government and customs domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with proven leadership, business analysis, and client engagement capabilities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT implementation projects in alignment with PMI and Agile frameworks.
- Define and manage project charter, scope, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables.
- Oversee budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
- Drive risk, issue, and quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and status reviews.
Technical Leadership
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment and adherence to Microsoft Dev Stack standards.
- Provide input and oversight on systems architecture, integration, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Communication & Reporting
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, project updates, and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, including during executive briefings and workshops.
Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams (20+ members), ensuring collaboration, motivation, and clarity of responsibilities.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with company values and ethics.
