IT Project Manager – CHAYAH GROUP F&B
We are looking to hire a Tech Lead / Project Manager for our in-house development team. This individual should have strong coding experience to assess and guide developers while also handling project management responsibilities. Since we don’t currently have an in-house team, this person will be responsible for building the team from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the in-house development team for the company’s e-commerce app.
- Actively participate in coding (preferably using Flutter and Laravel).
- Hire and structure a high-performing team of developers suited for e-commerce development.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and timely delivery.
- Review and optimize the existing codebase while implementing best practices.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical development.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and mentor the development team.
- Conduct regular code reviews and quality checks.
- Ensure implementation of security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead or project management role.
- Previous experience hiring and managing development teams.
- Proven experience in delivering e-commerce tech projects.
