IT Network Engineer – SOS HR Solutions

Install and configure network hardware and software.
Maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, install and upgrade LAN and WAN communication systems
Plan and monitor installation of network & communication circuits.
Generate network monitoring/performance reports for LAN/WAN utilization.
Recommend network design changes/enhancements for improved system availability and performance.
Following up on the incidents and ensuring that they will be solved according to the service levels.
Any changes to the LAN and server environment, policies and procedures, security or disaster recovery must be discussed with the KPC Superintendent’s Representative and shall not be implemented without the written authority from the Corporation.
Responsible for reporting and security incident violations related to the services.
