Inventory Controller / Inventory Accountant – ali
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller / Inventory Accountant to manage IT hardware stock in a gaming café environment.
The candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, performing regular audits, ensuring stock accuracy, and preventing any loss or discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits
– Track all stock movements (IN / OUT)
– Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel or systems
– Reconcile physical stock with system data
– Monitor IT hardware usage (RAM, SSD, GPU, peripherals)
– Detect and report shortages or damages
– Prepare inventory reports regularly
– Organize and label all stock items
– Maintain stock levels and reorder when needed
Requirements:
– Experience in inventory, warehouse, or accounting
– Basic knowledge of computer hardware
– Good Excel skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Organized and responsible
