Infrastructure Tech Lead – Diyar United Company
As an Infrastructure Tech Lead you will be leading the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of infrastructure for a fast-growing FinTech across different markets.
You will act as a hands-on technical leader, guiding the team while remaining deeply involved in design and execution across multiple regions.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
[ Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Define standards and best practices while developing custom cloud services using Kubernetes and managing on premise infrastructures through Ansible and Linux automation.
[ Database and Platform Ownership: Provide technical ownership of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, availability, and proper operational practices.
[ Documentation and Technical Standards: Ensure clear and up to date documentation for infrastructure architectures, operational processes, and runbooks. Promote consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
[ Security and Networking Leadership: Own infrastructure security design and implementation. Oversee network architecture including firewalls, NAT, and site to site VPN tunnels, ensuring secure and resilient connectivity across environments.
[ Observability and Reliability: Define and oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using platforms such as Elastic and Prometheus. Drive reliability practices including incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
[ Team Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a technical leader and mentor for infrastructure engineers. Work closely with cross functional teams, provide technical guidance, review designs and implementations, and contribute hands on when needed.
