Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to produce engaging content that highlights our products and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branding & Visual Identity:
- Maintain and develop the visual identity of the company.
- Ensure consistency of brand across all materials.
- Design & Production:
- Create designs for packaging, labels, and product tags for flower batches and arrangements.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
- Develop visual assets for the website, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Assist in product photography and editing images for catalogues and online store.
- Collaboration:
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop campaign concepts.
- Collaborate with the product team on new product launches and promotional materials.
- Content Creation:
- Design templates for presentations, internal reports, and newsletters.
- Contribute to creative direction for photo and video shoots when required.
- Administrative:
- Manage design files, brand assets, and maintain an organized digital archive.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in flower industry or product-based businesses.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with web design or e-commerce platforms.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, in-house position.
