HR Performance & Rewards Specialist – Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services
We’re looking for an HR Performance & Rewards Specialist to drive our performance management and rewards processes. This role covers the full KPI/KPO cycle, bonus & incentive administration, and delivering data-driven insights for leadership. You’ll work closely with senior managers and gain exposure to VPs and the CEO, with opportunities to grow into a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the annual performance cycle (KPI/KPO setting, monitoring, and reviews).
- Support bonus, incentive, and reward allocations.
- Build and maintain Excel trackers & performance dashboards.
- Prepare reports and insights for HR and leadership.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent practices.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of a digital performance management system
