HR Administrator – SEC

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry in our HR information system, utilizing your attention to detail to maintain compliance and streamline processes.
  2. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, which helps us attract top talent for our growing company.
  3. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting welcome sessions, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  4. Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, providing exceptional customer service to foster a positive employee experience.
  5. Assist in performance management processes by tracking evaluations and compiling feedback, enabling managers to make informed decisions about employee development.
  6. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while promoting a fair workplace.
  7. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events, using your creativity to enhance team morale and strengthen workplace relationships.
  8. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all staff members.
