Head of Sales / Sales Manager (FMCG – Kuwait) – Advanced Commerce Co.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales / Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG sales within Kuwait.

  • Responsibilities:

Ø Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all channels.

Ø Manage relationships with major hypermarkets including TSC, Lulu Hypermarket, City Center, Carrefour, Trolley, Dukkan and others.

Ø Handle partnerships with online platforms, especially Talabat, Drops and Tawseel.

Ø Handling sales operations and adding new clients.

Ø Manage and expand business across all CO-OP societies in Kuwait

Ø Lead negotiations, finalize deals, and secure product listings

Ø Plan and manage market space rentals and in-store visibility initiatives.

Ø Supervise and lead a team of:

o  Key Account Salesmen

o  CO-OP Salesmen

o  Mini Market Salesmen (Cash Van team)
