HEAD Barista – Al-Fozan Enterprises General Trading & Contracting Co.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. This role is vital for ensuring the highest quality of coffee and customer service in our business consultancy services environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence. As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, training staff, and maintaining the highest standards of beverage preparation. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth through exceptional coffee service.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest quality of beverages and service.
2. Train and mentor barista staff on coffee preparation techniques, equipment operation, and customer service skills.
3. Develop and implement innovative coffee menu items to attract and retain customers.
4. Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
5. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the coffee bar area.
7. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and enhance their coffee experience.
8. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing coffee sales and customer satisfaction.
9. Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques, implementing new ideas to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
10. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
