Graphic Designer – SOS HR Solutions

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at a leading Human Resources Outsourcing agency. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and creating compelling graphics that resonate with our diverse clientele. Your innovative designs will be pivotal in communicating our services effectively and engaging potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure that all visual content aligns with our strategic objectives and enhances our overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  3. Work closely with recruitment teams to produce eye-catching job advertisements and candidate engagement materials.
  4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
  5. Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality output.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, applying new techniques to improve our visual content.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all work produced.
  8. Utilize design software and tools effectively to create and edit graphics, ensuring technical proficiency.
  9. Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates for future use.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  2. Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  3. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  6. Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is a plus.
  9. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
