Job description

As a Graphic Designer in the KAPICO Group Marketing Team, you will play a key role in creating impactful marketing content that supports multiple business sectors, including automotive, F&B, and travel. You will collaborate closely with marketing and operational teams across divisions to produce high-quality visuals for traditional and digital platforms. This role demands strong creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design, animation, and video editing. Fluency in Arabic is essential to ensure effective communication across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

  • Create visually compelling designs for websites, social media, e-commerce, and email campaigns.
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional collaterals aligned with brand standards.
  • Design logos, brand identity elements, and marketing graphics to support various business requirements.

2. Video & Animation

  • Produce and edit promotional videos, motion graphics, and animations for campaigns and social media.
  • Enhance storytelling through creative video content and dynamic visual effects.

3. Photography & Videography

  • Apply basic photography and videography skills to capture content for marketing needs.
  • Coordinate with external photographers and videographers to ensure professional output.

4. Language & Communication

  • Conceptualize and design content that effectively communicates ideas across Arabic and English audiences.
  • Ensure creative alignment with the brand’s tone, values, and visual identity.

5. Content Scope

  • Support marketing activities across traditional, digital, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and design quality across all communication materials.
