Front Desk/Sales Associate – SOS HR Solutions
We are seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading Human Resources Outsourcing company in Al Kuwait. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, embodying our commitment to excellence in customer service and support. Your primary focus will be on managing front desk operations while also engaging in sales activities to promote our recruitment services. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, sales acumen, and a passion for helping others find the right job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and candidates at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available for visitors.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of sales presentations.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for recruitment consultants, ensuring efficient time management.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment documentation, including job postings, candidate profiles, and client contracts.
- Monitor and track sales leads, providing regular updates to the sales team on progress and outcomes.
- Participate in promotional events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Proven experience in a front desk or sales role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment industry.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using office software and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of clients and candidates.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
