Responsibilities:

2. Manage a team of mechanics and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality performance in all fleet-related tasks.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles and equipment, utilizing industry best practices to extend the lifespan of assets and reduce repair costs.
4. Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle tracking systems, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in fleet efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Coordinate with project managers to align fleet resources with project timelines and requirements, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available when needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
