Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager – Seazen Group
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis – Assistant Manager to join our Finance team and support data-driven decision making across the business.
As a key member of FP&A, you will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis. You’ll work closely with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR to deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
✅ Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
✅ Monitor actuals vs budget and explain variances
✅ Build financial models, feasibility studies, and business plans
✅ Maintain cash flow projections
✅ Partner with departments to provide financial insights
✅ Drive process improvements in reporting and analysis
✅ Support unplanned financial analysis and special projects
✅ Handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion
