Finance Manager – SOS HR Solutions
Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Control & Management Control (Main Priority)
• Monitor and control costs across:
• Operations
• Projects
• Service activities
• Analyze cost structure and actual spending
• Track profitability by project / activity
• Identify cost overruns and propose corrective actions
• Support definition of standard costs and target margins
2. Reporting & Business Control
• Prepare and maintain:
• Monthly P&L
• Project / activity margin reports
• KPI tracking (revenue, margin, backlog, cost performance)
• Perform actual vs budget analysis and explain variances
• Provide clear and actionable reports to management
3. Accounting & Closing
• Supervise:
• Accounts Payable / Receivable
• General Ledger
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain basic internal controls
4. Business & Operations Support
• Work closely with:
• Operations
• Procurement
• Project Managers
• Monitor:
• Cost vs budget
• Margin evolution
• Financial performance of activities
• Support pricing and commercial decisions
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity
• Track receivables and support collection activities
• Improve visibility on working capital
