Female Sales Officer – NUMOU FOR BREAKFAST MANUFACTURE FROM CEREALS CO. WLL

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Sales Officer to join our team in Al Kuwait. This role is critical to our growth strategy as we aim to expand our market presence and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. As a Female Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to align our offerings with market needs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Attend trade shows and networking events to represent the company and promote our offerings.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  6. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
