Estimation Engineer – E & I – HOT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
-Estimating Electrical & Instrumentation costs for Oil and Gas Projects, Pipelines & its Facilities, Conventional/Non-Conventional Power Projects and Building & Infrastructural Projects.
-Prepare detailed cost breakdown as per the scope of project.
-Preparing professional proposals to be submitted to clients in response to Requests for Proposals.
-Study tender documents for various oil & gas projects and power plant projects.
-Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits for new Tenders & prepare detailed Site visit report.
-Conceptual Design of Project and Cost budgeting for projects.
-Cost Estimation for Electrical & Instrumentation Works (Electrical/Substation Equipment, Control Station Equipment, DCS/PLC/ESD and related Control System, Cabling, Field Instrument, FOC Works, Lighting, Earthing, Communication, F&G and ELV System and Cathodic Protection Works).
-Develop manpower, construction equipment mobilization plans & method statements.
-Develop effective construction schedules for proposed Tenders in line with clients’ requirements
-Inquiry for tender materials/supplies/subcontracts.
-Evaluate vendors and subcontractors’ quotations.
-Prepare complete package for submission to client include technical & commercial proposals including the applicable list of deviations in the clients’ required format.
