ELV PreSales Engineer (Low Voltage) – Alghanim Industries
Job Purpose: To lead presales activities for ELV/ICT systems, ensuring technical compliance, accurate estimation, and full proposal ownership for government, oil & gas, and large commercial tenders in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
ð§ Technical Interview Focus
- Develop ELV system design logic and interpret BOQs.
- Review and modify AutoCAD drawings independently.
- Apply accurate estimation methodologies for large-scale projects.
- Prepare technical compliance documents and risk assessments.
- Compare vendor quotations and identify assumptions, exclusions, and deviations.
ð Bid Management Interview Focus
- Take full ownership of proposals from tender review to submission.
- Control tender timelines and coordinate commercial/technical submissions.
- Handle incomplete specifications and ensure vendor follow-up under deadlines.
- Maintain proposal quality control and compliance with client requirements.
ð¼ Business Interview Focus
- Demonstrate familiarity with Kuwait tender processes (KOC, KNPC, MEW, CAPT).
- Exposure to government, oil & gas, and commercial projects.
- Ability to support KD 1M+ bids with high urgency.
- Communicate effectively with sales, procurement, operations, and project teams.
