Elevator Technician – فني مصاعد – DealGTC (DELCCO)

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Technician to join our dynamic team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of elevators, escalators, and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and safety protocols to ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems. The Elevator Technician will also be expected to troubleshoot issues, perform routine inspections, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, ensuring that all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair various elevator systems, including hydraulic, traction, and escalators.
2. Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in elevator systems.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any other relevant documentation.
6. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop solutions for complex elevator systems.
7. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
9. Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge in elevator technology.
10. Assist in the development of preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an Elevator Technician or similar role in the elevator industry.
2. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to elevator operations.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
4. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
7. Certification or relevant training in elevator technology is preferred.
8. Knowledge of local and national codes and regulations related to elevator safety.
9. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
