Electrical Engineer

1. Ensures safe, efficient operation and maintenance of building electrical systems (power, lighting, HVAC, low voltage).
2. Overseeing power systems, lighting, fire alarms, BMS, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
3. Directing maintenance teams/contractors, troubleshooting, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing energy efficiency.
4. Maintenance & Operation: Perform, supervise, and improve preventative/corrective maintenance of high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with safety codes (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) and perform HSE audits.
6. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose faults, lead emergency responses to electrical failures.
7. Project Supervision: Manage subcontractors and oversee installation projects, including reviewing, and interpreting electrical layouts and technical documents.
8. Asset Management: Monitor equipment performance, manage spare parts inventory, and plan for upgrades or replacements.
9. Energy Optimization: Support energy efficiency initiatives to improve system reliability and cost-effectiveness.

Experience and Knowledge

1. 5 to 7 years of experience as Electrical Engineer in Facilities Management project.
2. Experience in maintenance, design, or project management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
