Electrical Engineer – شركة المسار الذكي لتشييد المباني

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience with electrical systems in various applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical projects, providing detailed reports to management.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical systems into building designs.
4. Perform testing and validation of electrical systems, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
5. Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports for all projects.
6. Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
7. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
8. Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in electrical engineering to enhance project outcomes.
9. Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on engineering expertise.
10. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations throughout all project phases.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Familiarity with industry software and tools for electrical design and analysis.
8. Knowledge of renewable energy systems and sustainable practices in electrical engineering.
9. Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to foster teamwork.
