We are seeking a Drivers Network Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to achieving our goal of building and managing a robust network of drivers for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Build a strong network of drivers by identifying, engaging, and onboarding bus drivers affiliated with transportation agencies.

• Develop effective strategies to attract drivers to register on Sagor’s platform.

• Driver Network Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed professionally.

• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with Sagor’s quality and safety standards.

• Manage and oversee the availability of drivers to meet platform demand, ensuring optimal operations.

• Technology Integration:

• Train drivers on how to use the Sagor App and ensure their familiarity with its features and functionalities.

• Provide ongoing support to drivers in adapting to the technology.

• Operational Oversight:

• Plan and coordinate efforts to ensure driver engagement aligns with the company’s targets.

• Track and analyze data related to the driver network to optimize operations and improve service delivery.

• Collaboration and Development:

• Collaborate with the management team to define strategies for expanding the driver network and meeting business goals.

• Actively participate in shaping Sagor’s future projects and initiatives.
