Deputy Sales Manager (F&B) – Refreshment Trading Co.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Deputy Sales Manager to join our team in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales team to ensure that our products meet the market demands. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to enhance their performance and productivity.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the F&B sector.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.

  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Preferred Candidate:

  7. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships.
  9. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
