Delivery Dispatcher – Epicure
As a Delivery Dispatcher in the fast-paced catering and food service industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our culinary delights to customers across our branches
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily deliveries.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost control.
- Monitor driver performance and delivery status in real time.
- Ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel logs, and driver reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for order readiness.
- Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Support operations team during peak hours and urgent deliveries
