Position Summary:
The Data Entry Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring all client orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will oversee the use of our dashboard system to sort and manage client data, including special notes, dietary restrictions, and allergies. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate meal prep lists for the kitchen team and ensuring client satisfaction through timely and correct order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage daily data entry activities related to client meal orders.
– Use the dashboard system to review and sort clients based on custom notes, allergies, and dietary preferences.
– Generate and distribute accurate daily meal preparation lists to the hot kitchen team.
– Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure all meals are prepared and delivered according to client specifications.
– Monitor and verify data to ensure all client requests are properly logged and executed.
– Address and resolve discrepancies or issues with client orders in a timely manner.
– Maintain up-to-date records of client preferences and feedback to improve service quality.
– Train and supervise any additional data entry staff, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
