Counter Sales Advisor – Mohamed Abdul Rahman Al Bahar
- Attends all walk-in parts customers over parts sales counter providing them necessary services for their parts needs.
- Promotes parts sales by utilizing his selling skills & Parts product knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package.
- Uses CAT parts information system (SIS) & other parts suppliers parts Portals to identify correct part numbers for customers.
- Effectively Uses Dealer Business System (DBS) utilizing all related functionalities to process parts sales accurately.
- Records all parts’ sales transactions as per business needs, including Lost sales transactions.
- Prepares parts list quotations for customers and follows-up with customers.
- Use the online Channel (PCC) to prepare the quotes and process the customers’ orders and train the customers as well on how to use it and encourage them to use it.
- Upon request, Prepares recommended parts lists and coordinates with Service team & Parts operation supervisor / BPM before finalization.
- Responds to all inquiries on telephone courteously and cautiously.
- Records accurate customers’ details on sales transactions & invoices including all necessary supporting documents as per countries’ rules & regulations.
- Processes customers’ parts orders and coordinate with warehouse staff on any special delivery or pick up instructions.
- Ensure customers sign all credit invoices and attach related customer’s purchase orders and forwards to accounts.
- Confirms Customers BO Parts orders processing and updates customer on BO status and expected delivery time when needed.
- Maintains up-to-date records of all parts modification’s catalogues,
- Reviews and discusses the environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with the work.
- Performs other parts sales related tasks as maybe required.
