Content Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Developer with strong video editing skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating engaging video content from concept to final output, including filming, editing. This role requires a deep understanding of editing tools, and social media trends.

Content Creation & Production Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communication, and events.
• Capture and edit compelling photos and videos to document key moments, events, and daily activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy and content.
• Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Create motion graphic animations and visual effects using tools such as After Effects.
• Optimize media assets for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Ensure all images and videos are polished, professional, and aligned with the brand’s tone.

Collaboration & Planning Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, storyboard, and plan content ideas.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to deliver cohesive visual outputs.
• Support the events team in producing content for marketing and documentation purposes.

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Ensure timely delivery of content according to schedule and campaign deadlines.
• Maintain and regularly update background music across park venues (ensuring content is appropriate and free from explicit material).
• Archive and organize digital content for future reference and reuse.
• Support field production setups including lighting, video, and audio equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in video content creation and editing.
• Proficiency in a wide range of editing tools and apps, including both desktop and mobile applications.
• Experience operating cameras, lighting setups, and other production equipment.
• Strong storytelling, visual composition, and audio editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel of previous video content work is required.
