Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Waterproofing & Flooring Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing waterproofing and flooring projects, coordinating with subcontractors, supervising site activities, and supporting the growth of the department by securing new projects through strong sales and marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing for waterproofing and flooring projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors for insulation and flooring works.
- Arrange and follow up on the procurement and supply of materials.
- Conduct site supervision and regular site visits to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and review subcontractor invoices, progress payments, and payment certificates.
- Monitor project progress and site execution to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize strong sales and marketing skills to identify, approach, and secure new waterproofing and flooring projects.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, consultants, and potential clients to expand the department’s portfolio.
