Job Description:
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, canapés, and finger foods with high-quality presentation and taste.
- Manage inventory, ensure proper storage of ingredients, and maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Supervise and support Commis chefs or assistants in the section.
- Develop new recipes and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus.
