CEO – Aseer time
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our catering, food service, and restaurant organization in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong operational background, enabling them to drive growth and innovation in a competitive industry. As the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence among our diverse team. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction while aligning with our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality across all food service offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to enhance business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Drive marketing initiatives to promote the brand and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Evaluate and implement technological advancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within the catering or food service industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Passion for the food service industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and customer preferences.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical practices in food sourcing and service.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
