Key Roles in F&B Call Center

  • Call Center Agents/Representatives: Responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, greeting customers professionally, and taking food/beverage orders for delivery or pickup.

  • Dispatcher/Fleet Supervisor: Coordinates the delivery of food orders, ensuring smooth operations between the kitchen and the customer.
  • Sales Coordinator (F&B): Supports the sales process, manages client inquiries, and ensures efficient product delivery, sometimes with 3-5 years of experience required in the local F&B market.
  • Ability to work as part of a team – coordination required with Chef’s team and delivery team.
