Call Center (Lead Generation)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Executive to generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with business prospects. The role focuses on outbound calls to companies, handling inquiries, and identifying potential opportunities for our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to target companies and decision-makers to generate new business leads.
- Handle incoming B2B inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Identify prospects’ needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead information, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and potential opportunities.
