Call Center Admin Assistant – The Australian University AU

  1. Provide routine and administrative support to the department in facilitating day to day activities.
  2. Respond to a variety of calls and inquiries via the telephone, whatsapp api tools, or in person over the counter to internal and external inquiries.
  3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information in response to internal and external inquiries.
  4. Prepare call logs and administrative reports including inquiry reasons etc.
  5. Complies with AU policies and procedures.
  6. Undertake other duties as required by the Registrar.
