Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on analytical and medical equipment. 10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the analytical and medical equipment industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of healthcare operations and analytics.
2. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
3. 2–6 years of experience in a business analysis role, with a strong focus on analyzing workflows and market needs.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on project deliverables.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
8. Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
9. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, enabling effective presentation of data-driven insights.
