Brand Marketing Coordinator – Perfumes and Cosmetics

  • Play a key role in developing and executing the product marketing strategy for assigned beauty brands to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide strategic input on product positioning and pricing from a local market perspective.
  • Carry out market research using surveys, polls, focus groups, and data analysis to support informed decisions on product specifications, assortments, and line-ups.
  • Manage and maintain the product calendar, ensuring effective planning across product launches and lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure all product launches are competitive, relevant, and aligned with market expectations.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives such as product-with-purchase (PWP), discounts, sponsored events, activations, and in-store campaigns.
  • Assist in stock forecasting and ordering in coordination with sales, supply chain, and brand teams.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized library of product information, visuals, training materials, and customer reviews.
  • Monitor supply and demand dynamics, consumer trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to support strategic decision-making.
