Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Arabic) – SOS HR Solutions

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor and measure campaigns in collaboration with aggregators/ third party platforms account managers to drive sales and increase brand visibility. Optimize promotional budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Plan, brief, implement, manage, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising channels, to amplify the campaign and achieve maximum results.
  • Assist in development and distribution of marketing collaterals. Elaborate briefs, monitor & control pending jobs on task management system. Ensure compliance with deadlines and escalate deviations and risks.
  • Liaise with the agencies, external suppliers, freelancers & in-house graphic designers, third party platform account managers for the implementation of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports. Provide data & ROI analytics related to marketing campaigns for line management review.
  • Execute, track, measure and report on performance of all marketing channels.
  • Work with the operations team on the execution of marketing plans and sales promotions.

  • Manage databases
  • Create and follow-up of content calendar for ongoing communications and social media
  • Department expense tracking: create, register and control local purchase orders, fulfil spending sheets, ensure budget compliance and escalate deviations and risks
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion improvement tests
  • Collaborate with internal terms to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to idea new and creative growth strategies
  • Organize and coordinate launches, road shows and events.
  • Development and follow up of strategic partnerships 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Identify trends and insights, an optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Maintain and enrich all external perceptions of the brand.
