Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and software, ensuring accurate identification of issues to facilitate timely repairs and maintenance.
2. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to enhance vehicle longevity and customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize specialized equipment for repairing engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and compliance with safety standards.
4. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and provide estimates, ensuring transparency and trust with customers throughout the service process.
5. Maintain detailed records of all services performed, parts used, and repairs completed to ensure accurate tracking and reporting for both internal and customer reference.
6. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and workshops, enhancing your skill set and value to the team.
